An antihistamine called fexofenadine is used to treat allergy symptoms such runny or watery noses, itchy eyes and noses, sneezing, hives, and itching. It functions by preventing your body from producing a natural chemical called histamine when you experience an allergic reaction.

FEXOAIR 180MG  reduces hay fever-related symptoms of seasonal allergies, such as sneezing, runny nose, itching, and watery eyes. It is also used to treat reactions to insect bites and stings, some moderate food allergies, and hive symptoms like itching and rashes in adults and older children.

FEXOAIR  180 stronger antihistamines with a high success rate, easy to take, non-drowsy, and has a low side-effect profile.  

It’s used to treat:

Fexofenadine is a non-drowsy antihistamine that is used to treat allergies such as hay fever, conjunctivitis (red, itchy eyes), eczema, hives (urticaria), responses to insect bites and stings, and some food allergies. The likelihood of feeling sleepy is lower than with some other antihistamines.
